This is not necessarily the coach most likely to be fired, but the one who is drawing the fans ire for not playing up to potential.

1. Phil Fulmer - Tennessee
Well the rumors have been flying for weeks and it has now become official. For the first time since 1964 the University of Tennessee will actually have to make a list of coaches.

2. Ty Willingham - Washington
Willingham has become the latest dead coach walking and will soon join Phil Fulmer and Tommy Bowden in the unemployment line.

3. Tommy Tuberville - Auburn
With the announcement of Fulmers dismissal, Tommy became the dean of SEC coaches. But will he actually take that position? The odds are he may also get the ax this year before he actually receives those honors.

4. Sylvester Croom - Miss St
Crooms job is on thin ice, but what he has going for him that Fulmer and Tuberville don't have, is a lack of quality coaches that will line up to throw their hat in the ring.

SEC Officials
Referee: Penn Wagers; Umpire: Thomas Floyd; Linesman: Lane Thomas; Line judge: Kirk Lewis; Back judge: Stan Murray; Field judge: Brad Freeman;
Side judge: Richard Rooker; Scorer: Tim Hiss;

This is the officiating crew that  called the Tennessee - Georgia game in Athens on Saturday. They are one the worst crews of officials in the country and are constantly involved in controversy and errors. It is hard to understand why such a high profile conference such as the SEC continues to support incompetence on this level.
A UGA player fell to the ground untouched and a flag was thrown calling Tennessee for pass interference. Replay showed he was untouched by the UT defensive back. Later the Vols were flagged for a helmet to helmet hit while again replay showed contact was made with the players chest not his helmet.
The problem is this is not isolated incidents for Penn Wagers crew, earlier this year in the Ariz St - UGA game, the Sun Devils stopped the Bulldogs on a goal line stand, using 12 players. Of course it is understandable because these refs had their shoes on and of course only have ten fingers. This is the same crew that a few years back allowed LSU to tackle an Alabama receiver in the endzone and then intercept the pass and return it 50 yards. And yet again they were involved in a Tennessee - Florida game where to players mixed it up at the end of a play but yet only Florida was hit with a penalty. Penn Wagers then proceeded not to start the clock as he was supposed to saving precious seconds that allowed UT to kick the game winning FG on the last play of the game. Way too many blatant errors by these guys to continue in the SEC as officials.

    AP Voter Head
      Scratcher of
         the Week

The AP Voters that voted Oklahoma ahead of Texas

The fact that Texas beat OU in their game makes me wonder what were they thinking. With a last minute loss to Texas Tech it boggles the mind to understand how voters can totally ignore the 45-35 win 3 weeks ago over the Sooners.

 Bombs of the Week

#1 Georgia
 Florida 49 Georgia 10

It is hard to imagine that the Bulldogs were actually ranked #1 at one point this season. With their two biggest test this year resulting in blowout loses, you have to wonder how soon Mark Richt lands on the coaching hot seat.

#2 Tulsa
Arkansas 30 Tulsa 23

The Golden Hurricane missed their chance to prove they belong to the upper echelon of college football. Tulsa has lost 17 straight times to BCS confernce teams and this was their chance to break the streak against a weak Razorback team. But those dreams came tumbling down as Tulsa was not able to put the ball in the endzone at games end.
